Captain Noah van der Merwe is not just at the helm, he’s the kind of captain who knows every inch of his vessel, every shift in the tide, and exactly what it takes to deliver a day on the water that clients actually remember.
As a licensed United States Coast Guard Captain, Noah brings a high level of professionalism, safety, and technical skill to every trip. But what sets him apart isn’t just the certification, it’s the hands-on experience behind it.
He operates and maintains a 31-foot Twin Vee, managing everything from long-distance towing and precision launching to offshore navigation and full vessel upkeep. In other words, this isn’t a captain who shows up and drives the boat, this is someone who built the operation from the ground up and knows how to keep it running flawlessly.

Captain Paul Miller brings a lifetime of competitive fishing experience and a results-driven mindset to every trip. Having competed in tournament fishing from a young age Paul has spent over a decade refining his knowledge of the Florida waters, fish behavior, and high-level angling strategy.
From inshore structure to offshore wrecks and reefs, his approach is simple: put clients on fish, keep the experience smooth, and deliver a trip worth talking about. Before running charters full-time, Paul built a strong background in high-level sales and client service, working in competitive industries where communication and performance mattered.
